Participation in polo events, equestrian activities, club activities, and attendance at facilities involves inherent risks, including risk of injury, illness, property damage, or death.

By participating in activities or entering club premises, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temecula Polo Club, its owners, affiliates, sponsors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Use of our facilities or website

• Attendance at events

• Participation in activities

• Theft, loss, or damage to personal property

• Personal injury or accidents

6. Photography & Media Release

By attending events or entering club property, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, social media, and commercial purposes without compensation.

If you do not wish to appear in media content, please notify club management in writing before attending events.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting into SMS communications from Temecula Polo Club:

• You consent to receive automated promotional and informational text messages.

• Message frequency may vary.

• Message and data rates may apply.

• You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”

• Reply “HELP” for assistance.
